City Manager

Incorporated in 1889, Pacific Grove is a Charter City operating under the Council-Manager form of government. The seven-member City Council appoints the City Manager, City Attorney, and members of the City's advisory boards and commissions.
About the role
The City Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the overall administrative activities of the City as well as advising and implementing the City Council’s policies and goals.
The City of Pacific Grove is seeking a calm, level-headed, and visionary leader to serve as its next City Manager. Pay
Salary: $266,468 (negotiable based on qualifications and experience). Additionally, a 3% Management Incentive will be provided (3% x base salary).
