Responsibilities

• Overseeing eight direct reports
• Managing a workforce of approximately 146 employees
• Managing a $331 million budget
• Partnering with the City Council to advance priority initiatives and guide long‑term direction
• Strengthening organizational alignment
• Supporting effective service delivery
• Ensuring Sammamish evolves to reflect the community’s diverse needs, values, and long‑term interests, including thoughtful stewardship of its natural environment

Pay
