Starting salary: $21 per hour and up.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers in the lobby.
- Demonstrate how to use the mobile app or ATMs to complete simple transactions.
- Create amazing experiences for customers, looking for opportunities to help them achieve their financial goals by providing personalized advice and solutions, and connect them to Bankers for the next step.
- Educate customers about Citizens products and benefits, responding effectively to questions or concerns.
- Follow all financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling and compliance with state and local laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
- Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Ability to ask effective questions, identify needs, and develop long‑term customer relationships.
- Problem‑solving skills and ability to provide solutions to customer issues.
- Customer‑centric mindset to deliver exceptional service.
- Comfortable using digital technology to support business goals.
- Willingness to work branch hours, which may include weekends and evenings.
- Qualified candidates must complete a video interview assessment within 7 days of receiving the link.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 1 year of experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
- Ability to motivate others—teammates, business partners, and specialists—through collaboration.
- Process‑oriented, energetic, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Schedule
- 40 hours per week.
- Work schedule varies with branch needs and may include weekends and evenings.
