What You'll Do
- Greet customers in our lobbies
- Demonstrate how to use our mobile app or ATMs to complete simple transactions
- Create amazing experiences for customers by providing personalized advice and solutions that meet their financial goals
- Connect customers to our Bankers for the next step
- Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits
- Effectively respond to customer questions and/or concerns
- Follow all financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling, state and local laws and regulations

Required Qualifications
- High School degree or GED
- Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)
- Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop long-term customer relationships
- Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
- Customer-centric mindset to deliver exceptional service
- Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals
- Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings
- Must complete a video interview assessment within 7 days of receiving the link (set aside 30-45 minutes; requires smartphone, tablet, or desktop with camera and microphone)
Preferred Skills/Experience
- 1 year of experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)
- Motivates others through collaboration
- Process-oriented, energetic, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
Schedule
20 hours per week. Schedule varies with branch needs and may include weekends and evenings.
Pay
$20.67 - $25.48 per hour. Actual pay based on various factors including budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
