About the role

Our Tellers are the face of Citizens. Our best Tellers think from a relationship standpoint versus a transactional one, have a willingness to learn, and take responsibility for a customer.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobbies
• Demonstrate how to use mobile app and ATMs for simple transactions
• Create amazing experiences for customers, providing personalized advice and solutions
• Respond to customer questions and concerns while following financial policies and procedures

Requirements

• High School degree or GED
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings

Pay

Starting Salary: $21+/hour

Schedule

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Varies with branch needs and may include weekends and evenings
