Overview
The Pre-Owned Sales Advisor role supports the Cirrus Next Sales team and Pre-Owned Partners in managing aircraft transactions and customer interactions globally.
Responsibilities
- Cirrus Next Program Support:
- Developing and Managing Aircraft Spec Sheets
- Developing and Managing Aircraft Listings
- Managing Intake Process for traded-in aircraft
- Preparing and reviewing Trade In, Purchase Agreement, and Delivery documents for signatures
- Recording orders
- Managing Salesforce process and data entry for necessary information
- Leading Cirrus Next delivery coordination
- Cooking and submitting documentation to accounting, escrow, and the FAA
- Cooking and submitting documentation to accounting, escrow, and the FAA
- Coordinating with paint/prep team, line services and delivery pilot(s)
- Coordinating Customer training
- Ensuring coordination of timelines and successful delivery of the aircraft
- Non-Cirrus Next Transactions:
- Ensuring correct paperwork and payments are uploaded to Salesforce
- Working with accounting on commission payment accuracy
- Ensuring Ownership, programs, and subscriptions are transferred and logged appropriately
- Representing Sales/Outreach TYS:
- Facilitating facility tours
- Liaison for Accounting, Legal, Delivery, Flight Training, Fleet and the Sales team
- Working with preowned partners and out-of-network brokers when assistance is needed
- Initiating conversations with unknown listing agents to familiarize with Cirrus
- Coordinating with new aircraft sales, sales engineers, field support, VPO community team, marketing, flight training and operations departments for benefit of customer support
- Miscellaneous Projects:
- Monitoring SF50 listings for used aircraft through various channels
- Participating in Preowned Meetings with Cirrus Next/Sales Team
- Tracking and analyzing ownership data, trends, market demand report findings
- Monitoring scheduling of fleet leased assets within program with maintenance/demo prep and return to customer dates as applicable
- Cross training with Sales Support and Delivery teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; or 2-4 years related experience and/or training
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to effectively manage stress, including competing work demands and multiple projects at the same time
