About the role
Collaborate closely with IR/BD team members and senior leadership on fundraising support. Assist with master roadshow calendar. Monitor public LP meeting minutes, board documents, and investment committee materials to flag mandate changes, allocation decisions, and new alternatives approvals relevant to the firm's strategy.
Responsibilities
- Organization of fundraising process leveraging CRM (meeting notes, investor tracking and report creation)
- Preparation of fundraising plans, marketing materials, presentations, one-page summaries, performance tables and due diligence documents
- Assist with answering day-to-day investor inquiries
- Ad hoc and special projects as needed
- Timely and accurate completion of investor question responses, diligence requests (RFIs, RFPs, DDQs) and follow-up items from both investor and internal meetings
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of quarterly reporting for various investment entities, coordinating with compliance and client service for error-free, on-time delivery to investors
Requirements
- Current junior undergraduate student
- Strong Excel and excellent PowerPoint skills
- Solid communication (written & oral), organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of personal accountability and urgency
- Desire to join a growing asset management platform with highest ethical and performance standards

Pay
Base pay will be $30.00 per hour. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
