About the role
Accessing the benefits of various subscription lines, asset-based lending, and CLO transactions, including developing an understanding of the structure, mechanics, and strategic purpose of each facility type within Churchill's fund complex.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing borrowing bases for active financing facilities, including reviewing relevant fund and portfolio-level data to assess availability, concentration limits, advance rates, and overall facility utilization.
- Participating in legal document review as part of live deal processes and the monitoring of existing facilities, including reading and summarizing key business terms across credit agreements, fee letters, indentures, and other transaction documentation.
- Summarizing data from loan tapes to support the team's understanding of portfolio composition, performance, and compliance with deal parameters.
- Managing, maintaining, and updating internal databases, including tracking transactions, monitoring capital under management, and supporting the production of internal reporting and analytics deliverables.
Requirements
- Rising Senior (Class of 2028) or rising Junior (Class of 2029) expected to graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.
- Strong attention to detail; careful review of facts and figures, quick to identify errors, ensure consistency of information.
- Superior Excel skills, with demonstrated ability to express complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills, effective and strong active listening skills.
- Proven track record of success collaborating in a fast-paced, results-driven team environment.
- Innovative and creative thinker; ability to make connections among previously unrelated notions, ability to project how potential ideas may play out.
Pay
Base pay will be $30.00 per hour. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
