Church Recruitment Specialist

About the Role

Prison Fellowship® is the nation’s largest Christian nonprofit equipping the Church to serve currently and formerly incarcerated people and their families, and to advocate for justice and human dignity. We seek a highly organized, mission-focused operations/administrative professional with strong customer service and project coordination capabilities to support our ministry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
• Manage day-to-day operational processes
• Support church engagement workflows
• Oversee reporting and operational systems
• Ensure successful execution of recruitment initiatives that drive church participation and growth

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: process coordination, operations, administrative support, customer service, or project management
• Experience with data management and reporting
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Familiarity with church, ministry, or nonprofit environments preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent coursework and experience

Schedule

• Remote/work-from-home position
• Up to 20% travel required

Pay

The rate of pay for this position is projected to be between $23 and $27 per hour ($47,840 - $56,160 per year).
