Recruitment Specialist

Your role

As a Recruitment Specialist, your mission is to attract, assess, and secure top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and partner closely with business leaders to support current and future workforce needs. You will report to the Human Resource Manager.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, onboarding support, and requisition closure

• Maintain ATS data integrity

You have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, staffing, manufacturing, or similar environment. Proven experience sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing techniques. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates. Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies to manage candidate pipelines and recruiting activity. Experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, operations, or professional business roles and knowledge of employment law/OFCCP requirements.

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our manufacturing site in Voorheesville, United States (US).
