Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Christmas at the Princess Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Seasonal dates of position: October 15th through January 10th
• Anticipate guests' needs by creating memorable experiences
• Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
• Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
• Ensure Five Diamond representation of the resort
• Assist guests with directions in an informative and helpful way
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
