About the role

Join our Concessions Team during Christmas at the Princess as a seasonal team member. This is a high-energy role focused on delivering magical guest experiences through food service. The position runs from October 31st through January 10th, with required availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Prepare and serve items such as fresh kettle corn, donuts, and roasted nuts
• Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
• Ensure proper setup of all side stations in the outlet
• Have knowledge of all menu items, contents, and preparation methods
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous lounge experience preferred
• Arizona Liquor Server Certification
• Arizona Food Handlers Certification (required)
• Previous point of sale system experience (an asset)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required
