Christmas at the Princess | Concessions Bartender (Seasonal)

About the Role

The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking energetic, dependable Concession Bartenders to join our team for the Christmas at the Princess seasonal event. This iconic celebration attracts over 250,000 visitors and has received national recognition from outlets like People Magazine and CNN. As a Concession Bartender, you’ll help deliver festive, five-star service during one of Scottsdale’s most spectacular seasonal events.

Seasonal position dates: October 31st through January 10th.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service consistently.
• Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions.
• Ensure proper setup of all side stations in the outlet.
• Demonstrate knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, and all menu items, including contents and preparation methods.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Arizona Liquor Server Certification.
• Arizona Food Handlers Certification.
• Previous point of sale system experience (an asset).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
• Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
