About the role

The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is Arizona’s largest and longest running AAA Five Diamond hotel. This seasonal role supports Christmas at the Princess, one of the hotel’s signature celebrations recognized by People Magazine, CNN, and others, welcoming over 250,000 visitors.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a warm and cheerful welcome upon arrival.
• Direct vehicles safely and efficiently to designated parking areas.
• Scan parking tickets and assist with parking purchases.
• Assist with traffic flow and prevent congestion.
• Communicate clearly using hand signals, radios, or signage to guide drivers.
• Provide information about event entrances, ADA access, or event details.
• Monitor and enforce parking guidelines, ensuring safe pedestrian and vehicle zones.
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries or complaints.
• Remain visible, attentive, and guest-focused throughout the shift.
