What you will do: Ensuring clinical notes and charges are entered accurately into patient recordsAssist the doctor with entries to improve efficiencyLead patients in prescribed exercise therapySafely and accurately administer therapeutic modalities based on training and in accordance with established treatment protocols.Make product and supplement recommendations based on the doctor’s treatment planAssist with marketing campaigns, creative content, and community outreachWeekly patient reportingMaintain confidentiality as it pertains to HIPAA guidelinesWork with the rest of the team to keep the clinic clean and clutter-freeManage patient flow between Doctor, Rehab, and Front Desk to ensure Patient experience is efficient, fun, and effectiveMaintain business office inventory Other Administrative tasks What you need Two-year degree or more is preferred but not requiredPrevious experience in customer service must be demonstratedExperience in competitive sports and/or training in rehabiltation/personal training preferredProficiency in computer skills is required If you feel you would be a great fit in our office please apply!
