About the role
Responsible for selling and installing chimney and fireplace products to residential customers. Conduct home inspections, provide installation services, and maintain customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct home inspections to assess customer needs
- Sell and install chimney and fireplace products
- Provide ongoing maintenance and service to existing customers
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to customer locations
Qualifications
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of chimney and fireplace products and installation techniques
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
