Children’S Residential Care Officer (Auton Darlington)
About the role

Responsibilities
- Support children and young people with complex emotional and behavioral needs to maintain a healthy lifestyle by advising, educating, and promoting positive choices.
- Help deliver high-quality residential provision.
Requirements
- Ideal candidate should have experience of working in children’s residential care or possess transferable skills from a similar role.
- Values must align with those of our charity and the requirements of Ofsted.
- Strong desire to help others.
Qualifications
- Structured training program provided by the charity.
- Opportunity to complete a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People if not already held.

Pay
£15.04 per hour, plus enhanced overtime and sleep-in rate paid at £80.00 per sleep-in.
Schedule
37 hours per week (Full time), working over a 7-day rota including weekends and sleep-ins.
