About the Role
This part-time position leads the overall vision, administration, and execution of programs designed to guide children (kindergarten through 5th grade) into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. The Director must be a mature Christian who subscribes to the church’s doctrinal statement and By-laws. The position serves on an indefinite call at the will of the Church; either party gives one month’s written notice prior to termination.

Evaluation
Upon employment, the Children’s Director receives and signs a written job description. Evaluations occur quarterly during the first year, then annually on the employment anniversary.
