Children's Minister

About the Role

Lead and oversee the church's ministry to children through 6th grade by planning, organizing, and directing all regular children's activities, including Children's Church and Sunday and Wednesday programs.

Develop and implement opportunities for discipleship, evangelism, fellowship, missions, and service through retreats, camps, outreach events, and other special activities.

Recruit, train, and encourage volunteers to assist in children's ministry.

Work in cooperation with the pastoral staff and church leadership to ensure that the children's ministry supports and advances the overall mission, vision, and ministry objectives of the church.

Perform other ministry-related duties as assigned by the Senior Pastor.
