About the role

The Little Gym is seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. This role offers a unique blend of fun and responsibility, including leading engaging classes and birthday parties.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Be ready to LEAD and positively impact the growth and development of the children and families of our community.
• Enjoy working with children and families, and have a positive influence on their lives.
• Have a background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education.

Requirements

• You are open to being a goofball and love giving (air) high 5's.
• You have a passion for working with children and enjoy creating magical experiences for them and their families.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are reliable and able to commit to weekends.
