About the role

The Children's Fitness Instructor - Team Lead role may be Part Time or Full Time. The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and enjoyable extras like camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, skill clinics and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As part of The Little Gym squad, you will join a team dedicated to the growth and development of children worldwide. All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise Somersault Operating, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that Somersault Operating. All inquiries about employment at this franchise should be made directly to Somersault Operating, and not to The Little Gym Franchising Corporate. Somersault Operating currently operates 30 The Little Gym locations across 8 states (SC, NC, VA, TN, PA, NJ, WA, CA), with multiple new locations planned for the coming years.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you how!)
• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and make sure they have a truly magical experience!
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Be ready to LEAD. We will make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community! But we also make a difference in the lives of our teammates!
