About the role

Children's Fitness Instructor – Team Lead. This role could be Part Time or Full Time. Life's too short to not work someplace awesome! If you have tons of energy, love kids and are looking for a way to give back to your community, you may be the person we are looking for.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties using our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families, ensuring a magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family.
• Lead and mentor teammates, contributing to the growth and development of children and families in the community.
• Participate in weekend class and birthday party schedules as part of the instructor team.

Qualifications

• Background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development, or education (preferred).
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and comfortable being a “goofball” with kids.
• Strong interpersonal skills – kids and parents alike enjoy your company.
• Commitment to serving others and creating a positive, fun environment.
• Ability to balance fun with focused work when needed.
