Children's Cooking Instructor
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. No placeholder. No job title heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Also remove application instructions (like "please fill out our application").
We need to preserve all substantive info.
Let's parse the posting.
Company: SFC Colorado Springs LLC dba Sticky Fingers Cooking® of Colorado Springs is looking to hire part-time After School Children's Cooking Instructors to help us Cultivate COOLinary Curiosity in Kids®! ... tagline.
Then a series of rhetorical questions.
Then description: Our instructors bring the kitchen to the kids with our cooking kit that contains all the necessary equipment and tools. SFC Colorado Springs LLC dba Sticky Fingers Cooking® provides paid hands-on training and individualized support.

Then "Let's TACO-bout "a day in the life" of an After School Children's Cooking Instructor" paragraph describing duties.
Then "About Sticky Fingers Cooking®" paragraph about company.
Then "ARE YOU READY TO JOIN US IN THE KITCHEN? If you feel that you would be a GRATE fit, please fill out our application. We look forward to meeting you!" This is application instruction; we must remove.
We need to decide sections.
We have:
- About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph describing role? Could be "About the role" includes description of what they do: "Our instructors bring the kitchen to the kids..." etc. Also the day-in-the-life description could be responsibilities.
- Responsibilities: the day-in-the-life paragraph (teaching, preparing, shopping, etc.)
- Requirements / Qualifications: the list of qualifications.
- Skills: maybe not separate; we could combine qualifications and skills. But we need to decide.
- Benefits: list of benefits.
- Pay: we have pay info within benefits: Competitive pay ($65 for a one-hour class + food reimbursement). Could be separate Pay section.
- Schedule: we have availability requirement: at least 2 days a week Monday-Friday 2-5 pm. Also commitment to teaching full sessions (4-12 weeks). That could be schedule.
We must not create sections with placeholder or vague. So we need to ensure each section has real content.
Let's craft:
About the role
Our instructors bring the kitchen to the kids with our cooking kit that contains all the necessary equipment and tools. SFC Colorado Springs LLC dba Sticky Fingers Cooking® provides paid hands-on training and individualized support.
Maybe also include the day-in-the-life as Responsibilities.Responsibilities
As a part-time After School Children's Cooking Instructor, you are the face of our company, getting to interact with children between the ages of 3-18, parents, and school staff each week. You work on-site at different locations in your area, leading hour-long healthy and engaging cooking enrichment classes for students. Each week, you create creative recipes and teach children about new ingredients and healthy foods from all over the world in an engaging and hands-on way. Your organizational skills come into play as you review weekly class curricula and prepare for instruction which includes shopping independently for fresh ingredients. You teach basic kitchen skills including washing, cutting, grating, stirring, measuring, nutrition, and more as well as the history, geography, and language behind each recipe. Kids learn in a dynamic hands-on environment while you provide the direction and encouragement to create a new recipe each class. Teach kids healthy food habits that will nourish their bodies and minds for a lifetime.

But note we should not repeat the job title as a heading; we aren't. The first sentence includes the company name and role; it's okay. Now Responsibilities as above. Then Schedule. Then Qualifications. Then Pay. Then Benefits. Check we haven't missed any substantive info: The day-in-the-life paragraph we used for Responsibilities includes all duties. The About Sticky Fingers Cooking® paragraph about company background we omitted; is that substantive? It's about the company. Could be included in About the role or maybe a separate About the company section, but we only have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No "About the company". Could we put that in About the role? It's about the company, not the role. But we could incorporate a brief sentence about the company's history in About the role. The posting includes: "About Sticky Fingers Cooking® Our dedicated, talented and creative team has been busy cultivating 'cool'inary curiosity for thousands of children in online classes, schools, camps, and special events since 2008. We offer quality enrichment cooking classes before, during, and after school, as well as birthday parties, private cooking classes, and camps for children 3-18 years of age. Sticky Fingers Cooking® also operates in select cities across the country! Our philosophy is that kids are only impacted if we have great instructors who are passionate about what they do. We attract and retain such amazing instructors by offering a friendly schedule, all the needed equipment, and tools, paid training, individualized support, and FUN!" This is substantive about the company. Should we include it? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include that info somewhere. Where could we put? Could be part of About the role (
