Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in case management or social work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
