Responsibilities
- Guide young learners in a Montessori environment using mixed-age classrooms and authentic Montessori materials.
- Foster the development of innovative thinking, citizenship, and leadership in children.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
- Ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.

Pay
Hourly pay ranges based on position, education, and experience:
- Assistant Teachers: $19.19–$19.94 per hour.
- Lead Teachers: $21.56–$23.97 per hour.
Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options available.
Schedule
Monday–Friday work week.
