Responsibilities
- Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
- Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
- Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
- Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
Requirements
- Energetic, dependable individuals with a passion for working with children.
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Pay
Compensation range of $15.45‑$16.05 based on position, education, and experience. Bi‑weekly and daily pay options available.
Schedule
Monday‑Friday work week with flexible schedules; no nights or weekends required. Ability to bring your children to work.
