Compensation & Pay Range
Compensation range is $15-$19 per hour. Higher pay for those willing to work in the kitchen or drive the bus. Candidates with advanced education and experience in early childhood education may qualify for higher pay within the range. Regular increases are considered with additional education, stellar performance, and years of service.
Full-time Lead Teacher Teacher Responsibilities
- Create an engaging classroom where children can learn, play and grow
- Ensure a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
- Foster a love of learning through Creative Curriculum and our Brain Connect programs
- Support children's social and emotional development
- Build strong partnerships with families through daily app updates and personal discussions
Requirements
- Passion for working with young children
- At least 18-years-old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Level 2 in Colorado Shines or higher for lead qualification
- ECE coursework highly preferred
- Ability to pass background checks & health assessments
- At least 30 days working in a licensed center preferred
