About the role
Inspire Early Education is seeking dedicated and compassionate Childcare Teachers to join our team at Inspire O’Fallon. Our mission is to create a joyful, inclusive environment where both children and educators flourish.
Responsibilities
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
- Bring learning to life through play-based curriculum
- Support children’s growth, confidence, and development
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families
- Keep classrooms organized while meeting state standards
- Work alongside a supportive and collaborative team
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in a childcare setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and passion for working with children
- Ability to pass background and health requirements
