Pay
Starting at $17.40/hr., with increases based on relevant experience and education.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:30am-6:00pm.

We are seeking a Childcare Teacher to join the New Horizon Academy team in Olathe, KS. As an educator, you will:

Responsibilities
- Meet state requirements for teacher qualification as defined by the Kansas Child Care Licensing Program.
- Maintain a positive work ethic and a team-centered attitude.
- Learn and grow as an educator.
- Engage with children in a way that inspires, encourages, and celebrates their love of learning.
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and staff.
- Understand and adhere to state licensing regulations and company policies.
- Perform required job duties with or without accommodations.
Requirements
- Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the position.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Interest in beginning or continuing education in early childhood education or a related field.
- Satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
- Documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Previous childcare experience preferred.
