Responsibilities
- Teach children ages 2-5 years old using Balanced Learning curriculum
- Plan and implement daily lesson plans based on the curriculum
- Adapt lessons to meet individual student needs
- Assess students' progress and communicate with parents
- Collaborate with co-teachers and support staff
- Support students' social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Follow classroom ratios and set schedules
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Wisconsin childcare certifications (optional but preferred)
- Experience working with young children
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Pass a background check
- Pass a health screening
- Pass a drug test
