Childcare Teacher

About the Role

We are seeking Early Childhood Teachers to join New Horizon Academy Prior Lake. You'll inspire, encourage, and celebrate a child's love of learning every day in beautifully equipped classrooms with support from knowledgeable staff. As a brain-builder, you will help shape the leaders of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate early childhood education
• Collaborate with a team-centered, positive work environment
• Participate in ongoing professional development and growth opportunities

Requirements

• Must meet teacher requirements as outlined by the MN Department of Human Services Licensing
• Must be able to work full-time (Monday-Friday)
• Must enjoy working with children and have a positive work ethic
• Must be willing to learn and grow as an educator
• Must meet or exceed state qualifications for the position
• Must satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations
• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States
• Must have the physical abilities to perform required job duties with or without accommodations

Previous childcare experience is preferred but not required.
