Childcare Teacher

About the role

We are seeking Childcare Teachers to join our team at our beautiful new Bennington school. The projected start date for staff is mid-July 2026. All Applicants MUST meet Nebraska state licensing requirements for teacher qualification.

Requirements

• Has experience working in ECE and in classroom management.
• Can work a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:30am-6:00pm.
• Has a positive work ethic, and a team-centered attitude.
• Willing to learn and grow as an educator.
• Enjoys working with children!

Qualifications

• Must meet or exceed state qualifications for the listed position.
• Must have a passion for working with young children.
• Must have interest in beginning or continuing their education in early childhood education or a related field.
• Must have documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Must have the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff, as well as to understand state licensing regulations and company policies.

Pay

The wage range for this position is $16.30/hr to $22.50/hr.

Schedule

Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:30am-6:00pm.
