About the role
Lifesteps is hiring a part-time Assistant Group Supervisor (AGS / Teacher Aides / Child Care Assistants) to work at the Children's Services center in the Armstrong(Kittanning), PA area.
Responsibilities
- Care and supervision of children, ages 6 weeks to 5 years
- Assisting with lesson planning
- Creating activities
- Supervising playtime
- Provide a nurturing environment
- Update parents about the child's day
Qualifications
- Required: High School Diploma/GED and two years of experience working with children
- Able to lift or move up to 30 pounds without assistance
- Able to provide acceptable state clearances
- Able to multi-task and work in a team environment
Benefits

- Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
- No weekends or holidays
