About the role

Under the guidance of the Supervisor, Children's Services, you will ensure the needs of the children are met and assist in the implementation and direction of daily routines and activities.

Schedule

This part-time position works Monday through Friday from 9:15 AM to 2:45 PM.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma/GED and one of the following:
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
  • 30 credit hours from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or Human Services field.
  • 15 credit hours from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or Human Services field and 1,250 hours of work experience related to the care and development of children.
  • 2,500 hours of work experience related to the care and development of children.
• Able to multi-task and work in a team environment.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or Human Services field.
• Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or Human Services field.
