Childcare Floater/Teacher Aide ($500 sign-on bonus)

About the role

We’re looking for a Childcare Floater Teacher to work at our center in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. This role is perfect for educators who enjoy variety, teamwork, and making a difference throughout the school day.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple classrooms as needed
• Step in to assist with ratios, breaks, transitions, and coverage
• Work with different age groups, from infants through Pre-K
• Be a valued part of the teaching team across the school

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Previous childcare or classroom experience is a plus
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Flexibility and willingness to work with different age groups
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset
• Ability to meet the physical demands of working with young children, including lifting up to 40 lbs.

Pay

Schedule

Clock in between 2:00pm - 6:00pm or 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday.
