About the role

As a Childcare Floater/Teacher Aide, you will provide support in our childcare programs. You will assist teachers in daily activities and help ensure the safety and well-being of children.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with daily activities such as meal preparation, cleaning, and organizing classroom materials.
• Support children in various age groups, providing a nurturing environment and promoting their social and emotional development.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and address any issues that arise.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with children is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $15 - $20 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Shifts are typically 4 hours long, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of some weekend work.
