Essential Functions
- Perform all tasks as required in the written plan.
- Maintain productivity requirements as established by the program director or designee.
- Monitor and link clients to appropriate services within LSSI and other community agencies.
- Complete and submit necessary reports, billing, and documentation accurately and on time.
- Communicate with supervisor, work group, and collateral agencies regarding individual's and/or family's needs.
Position Qualifications
- A high school diploma (or GED) is required.
- An AA degree with two years of college experience is preferred.
- Age requirements may apply.
- Must have a record of compliance with the law and clearance on the Illinois CANTS.
- Preferred knowledge of child development and parenting or equivalent life experience.
- Must demonstrate clear, comprehensible verbal and written communication skills.
- A valid driver's license in good standing for the state of residency is required.
- Access to reliable transportation for visits, meetings, and transporting clients is necessary.
- A valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, including bodily injury and property damage, is required.

Part-time, Monday through Friday.
