Elevated Kids is a boutique, BCBA-founded and owned early autism care provider specializing in a natural, play-based approach to ABA that is thoughtful and relationship-driven for toddlers and young children.
Responsibilities
- Guide clinical programming
- Partner closely with caregivers
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Support meaningful progress in everyday environments
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams
- A commitment to ethical, developmentally grounded, and family-centered care
Qualifications
- State licensure (such as LBS), or eligibility to obtain licensure within 90 days of hire
Skills
- Expertise in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI)
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical practice
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with family-centered care

Location & Service Area
This role supports families within the city of Philadelphia and surrounding counties, with services provided across home, community, and center-based settings. While we have a home base office available to support collaboration and connection, this role offers flexibility in where work is completed, including remote and telehealth work when clinically appropriate. Scheduling is planned thoughtfully and collaboratively, and candidates should be comfortable commuting up to 30 minutes as part of their role.
