About the role
As a Behavior Analyst at Elevated Kids, you play a central role in supporting young children and their families through thoughtful, relationship-based care grounded in best practice. You’ll guide clinical programming, partner closely with caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful progress in everyday environments.
Responsibilities
- Designing and overseeing care that is individualized, developmentally appropriate, and responsive to each child’s needs
- Building collaborative, trusting relationships with families through clear communication and shared goals
- Working closely with teammates and leadership, contributing insights and engaging in clinical dialogue
- Using reflection and feedback to grow professionally while maintaining balance and sustainability
- Felling prepared, aligned, and proud of the care you provide
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- State licensure (such as LBS), or eligibility to obtain licensure within 90 days of hire
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams
- A commitment to ethical, developmentally grounded, and family-centered care
Qualifications
- Experience in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI)
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in early autism care
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMRs)
