About the role

Elevated Kids is a boutique, BCBA-founded and owned early autism care provider specializing in a natural, play-based approach to ABA that is thoughtful and relationship-driven for toddlers and young children.

Responsibilities

  • Guide clinical programming
  • Partner closely with caregivers
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful progress in everyday environments
  • Design and oversee care that is individualized, developmentally appropriate, and responsive to each child’s needs
  • Build collaborative, trusting relationships with families through clear communication and shared goals
  • Work closely with teammates and leadership, contributing insights and engaging in clinical dialogue
  • Use reflection and feedback to grow professionally while maintaining balance and sustainability
  • Feel prepared, aligned, and proud of the care you provide

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • State licensure (such as LBS), or eligibility to obtain licensure within 90 days of hire
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
  • Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams
  • A commitment to ethical, developmentally grounded, and family-centered care

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI)
  • Experience with family-centered care models
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Strong clinical judgment and ethical practice
