About the role

Responsible for providing child intervention and behavior support services in a school setting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement behavior plans based on individual needs
  • Provide direct support to children with behavioral challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to enhance learning environments
  • Document progress and communicate with stakeholders regularly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with children in educational settings
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of child development and behavior theories
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Skills
