Child Interventionist / Behavior Technician / RBT - Part Time

About the role

A dynamic opportunity for an experienced Child Interventionist, Behavior Technician, or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. This part-time position offers a supportive environment and the chance to make a positive impact in children’s lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven strategies
• Provide direct support to children with special needs in a therapeutic setting
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to enhance child development
• Document progress and communicate effectively with team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working with children with special needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Experience with data collection and analysis
