About the role

A dynamic opportunity for an experienced Child Interventionist, Behavior Technician, or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We are seeking a professional who can provide support in a child-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven strategies
  • Provide direct support to children with special needs, focusing on positive reinforcement techniques
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support and progress
  • Document observations and progress reports in a timely manner
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on best practices and new methodologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Experience working with children with special needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Experience with data collection and analysis
  • Passion for making a difference in children's lives

Skills

  • Excellent observational and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
