About the role
A dynamic opportunity for an experienced Child Interventionist, Behavior Technician, or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We are seeking a professional who can provide support in a child-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven strategies
- Provide direct support to children with special needs, focusing on positive reinforcement techniques
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support and progress
- Document observations and progress reports in a timely manner
- Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on best practices and new methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience working with children with special needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Experience with data collection and analysis
- Passion for making a difference in children's lives
Skills
- Excellent observational and analytical skills
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
