About the role

Responsible for providing support in child intervention and behavior management tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing behavioral interventions and strategies
  • Support children in developing positive behaviors and coping mechanisms
  • Work closely with families to provide guidance and resources
  • Document progress and communicate with supervisors regularly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with children and families
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
