Responsible for providing support in child intervention and behavior management tasks under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing behavioral interventions and strategies
- Support children in developing positive behaviors and coping mechanisms
- Work closely with families to provide guidance and resources
- Document progress and communicate with supervisors regularly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children and families
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
