Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children in their homes.
• Monitor child progress and adjust activities as necessary.
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates and address concerns.
• Ensure all activities are age-appropriate and align with educational standards.

Requirements

• A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Experience working with children in a home-based setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background check and clear criminal history.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and environments.
• Knowledge of early childhood education theories and practices.
