Our interview process

For those who pass our first round, a clinical interview is the next step.

This interview is also conducted live via video.
We value your time and interest in our organization, therefore, we are committed to communicating all decisions directly to candidates within 24-48 hours of your completed interview.
- Length of interview: 20 minutes

Our onboarding begins immediately.
- The Recruiter will sign you up for orientation, the New Hire Training (NHT) course, discuss your offer details, and answer any questions you may have.
The final step in our process is to match you with a client!
- You will be asked to fill out a form in the PD app, indicating your availability for scheduling as well as certain criteria to ensure a good “fit”.
- Our matching process is two-way; we ask clients about their criteria and strive to connect like-minded folks.
- You should expect to be matched to a family within 2 weeks of completing training.
