Our interview process
- Length of interview: 30 minutes

- Interviewer: Member of our Recruiting Team
First round interview
- Questions about availability, location, and logistics
- Discussion of skills and experience
- Handling of potential tense situations and emotional challenges
- Communication skills assessment
- Interest in working with children and knowledge of developmental approaches to autism care
- Understanding of the role as an active, hands-on professional
- Case-based questions
Second interview
- Personality fit with clients and cohesion with the local team
- Additional questions about experience, skills, and interest in the job
- More case-based questions
Orientation and training
- Sign up for orientation and the New Hire Training (NHT) course
- Discuss offer details and answer any questions
- Enroll in a training cohort
- Receive training materials and information about official start date
- Expect to be placed into a training cohort within 1-2 weeks of signing the offer
Onboarding
- Send link to internal HRIS, Rippling
- Guide account registration and provide information about background checks, health testing, and fingerprinting
- Enroll in training materials on the first day
Matching with a client
- Fill out a form in the PD app indicating availability and criteria for a good fit
- Two-way matching process between clients and like-minded individuals
- Expect to be matched to a family within 2 weeks of completing training
