What You’ll Do

• Help children with autism build essential skills and confidence through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Work closely with a BCBA who provides consistent guidance and mentorship while you deliver 1:1 therapy in the home or community setting
• Track client progress, assist with behavior and skill assessments, and collaborate with a team that celebrates every milestone — big or small

What We’re Looking For

• Able to be trained as an RBT within 30-60 days
• Experience supporting children, particularly those with special needs
• Caregiving, compassionate, and patient
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
