What You’ll Do
- Help children with autism build essential skills and confidence through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Work closely with a BCBA who provides consistent guidance and mentorship while you deliver 1:1 therapy in the home or community setting
- Track client progress
- Assist with behavior and skill assessments
- Collaborate with a team that celebrates every milestone — big or small
What We’re Looking For
- A candidate who can be trained to be an RBT in 30-60 days
- An individual with experience supporting children, particularly those with special needs
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping kids grow
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- A high school diploma or equivalent
