What You'll Do
- Determine the initial and ongoing eligibility of families for child care subsidy and financial assistance programs
- Manage a caseload of families, including certification, recertification, changes, and case closures
- Review income documentation, paystubs, and eligibility materials for accuracy and compliance
- Issue vouchers and ensure services are certified within required timelines
- Support families in selecting eligible child care options
- Provide referrals to community resources and support services
- Collaborate with families, providers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate and timely case documentation
Requirements
- Strong analytical and documentation review skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and caseloads in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to compliance
- Bilingual skills are a plus
